It was two Product rounds where they tested my product thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills. After that, there was a final HR round to check for culture fit, communication, and my overall experience.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process itself wasn't bad, the interviewers were nice and asked standard PM questions. The HR, however, was a nightmare - hard to reach, unwilling to negotiate offers (even after setting expectations), and cited the company's prestige. No OOO replies meant candidates were left in the dark. The process involves 3 rounds with the hiring manager and other leaders, a take-home assignment with typical PM questions like 'favorite product' and PRD writing, and interviews focusing on experience. The interviewers were upfront about the role, company culture, and work-life balance (which is poor but they are optimistic about improvement).
