This was part of the on-campus internship recruitment. We started with an online assessment that had basic civil engineering and aptitude questions. After passing the OA, I had an interview. The first 10-15 minutes were about my thoughts on topics like the future of AI in infrastructure and how GFRP can be utilized in infrastructure. Then, I was asked some theoretical civil engineering questions such as the density of red brick and steel, and what curing is.

The company visited our campus for recruitment. The process involved an online test, followed by a group discussion (GD), and then a personal interview. After the online test, 9 candidates were shortlisted. Out of these, 3 advanced to the final round. Although it was a technical interview, it felt more like an HR interview and was very brief, lasting only 5-10 minutes per candidate. They selected one person, and it seemed somewhat random because the interview was conducted hastily.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Could you introduce yourself and tell us about your career aspirations for the next five years?
  • Are you willing to work in challenging conditions at the specified location, considering the remote nature of the Bhilai plant?
