This interview process was really a joke. First, there was a preliminary interview to check qualifications, which was so standard that the interviewer didn't even know the specifics of JB's legal area, saying things like "I think." The partner interview had typical questions. At the end, I had to ask if I could ask questions, and they said, "Oh, better make it quick. It's lunch." Which was odd since my interview started late at 11:40 and they claimed they'd let me know by the end of the week. I had to reach out the following Friday, and they finally said they went another way. It was super unprofessional, and I wouldn't interview there again. Others should be careful.

Started with a screener, then I talked to the managing partner. The chats were easy, questions were good, and they communicated directly. There were some delays hearing back, but they were flexible on the offer timeline.

The interview process is pretty standard for this area and position. It began with a recruiter reaching out with the position details and an interest inquiry. Then, there was an initial screen with HR/the recruiting firm, followed by a quick phone/Teams interview, and finally, an in-person interview with a partner.

I had a 30-minute phone screening with a recruiter. Then I had an in-person interview with the marketing director that lasted an hour, followed by another hour-long interview with the CEO. It took about 3-5 business days between each step to schedule the next meeting, but the recruiters were great and kept me informed about the process, answering all my questions so I never felt like I was being strung along.
