First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Jimbo's Naturally.
Manager
The interview process was very long, it took over eight months to hear back. I didn't get any feedback and the Hiring Manager was angry. I guess the pandemic caused this. I wouldn't suggest this company.
- What is your motivation for seeking employment with this company?
Team Member
The interview is held in a room with just one interviewer. They might make promises about pay and hours that they don't plan to keep. They also ask questions that shouldn't be asked, like about your age, if you're married, or if you have kids and a family.
- How old are you and are you married?
AP Supervisor
First a phone interview to see if you'd be a good fit, then a lengthy in person interview that went into detail about past skills. The interviewer was super friendly, has been there 20 years, and really hyped up the company culture and lifestyle.
- Are you familiar with natural and organic foods, as this is important for the role?
Cook
I was told I would hear back in a week but never did. The place was dirty and disorganized. They were unprofessional.
- How much experience do you have in the industry
