The interview process is pretty informal, as is common in restaurants. You typically apply online, and it's often helpful to call afterward. I interviewed with two different managers who were both quite nice, and I was hired on the spot.

My interview for Jim 'N Nick's back in 2017 was quite fast, and the questions they asked were comprehensive. It felt professional and moved along quickly. I didn't end up getting the job, but at the time I didn't have any experience and wasn't really ready. If you're applying, don't stress too much about it.

I talked with the General Manager. They were really nice and seemed interested in learning about me. They asked me a bunch of personal questions to get a feel for who I am. The team there seems like good people who are just trying to hire the right individuals for the available positions.
