The interview lasted 35 minutes. It covered my background, my knowledge of the company, and my future aspirations. It was a pretty standard interview, so just be ready for basic questions about your strengths, weaknesses, and instances where you took the lead and made decisions.

The hiring process was pretty quick. It started with an in-person meeting in a conference room with the Hiring Manager and Administrator, and then there were some online tests. They ended up hiring three paralegals at once, so the offer was on the lower side. Definitely read the policy handbook before you go in.

It was not too bad and not intimidating. The environment felt friendly. I thought it went really well, but I didn't get a call back. My advice would be to just be yourself and answer honestly. The hiring partner seemed approachable but still professional.

had a short meeting with the owner, then met with the office managers. We looked over the firm's current practices and procedures to check if it was a good fit for me. Then, I reviewed my work history with the supervisor to see if my experience matched what the law firm needed. I met a lot of people in a really short amount of time.
