My Assistant Manager interview was a good experience. The manager asked good questions about leadership and customer service. They seemed to like my experience and were clear about what they are looking for. It felt professional and friendly, and I left feeling good about the role and their collaborative team.

The interview process was a bit different. I had an interview scheduled for a specific time, but the interviewer was 30 minutes late. When they finally called, they asked if we could set up a time to interview, which was confusing since they were calling at the scheduled interview time. Overall, it was a decent experience, but they mentioned moving to the next step with a final interview in a day or two, and I never heard back from them.
