So there were 4 interview rounds for this role from July 7th to July 22nd, 2022. The first was general questions, the second was an email round. The third round had the department manager asking more specific, situational, and behavioral questions. The final round was with a senior HR person who said I'd get an offer via email within 24 hours. It was an employee referral. After two days with no offer email, I followed up. Surprisingly, they said hiring was paused for the August 2022 batch due to a management decision. They promised I'd be the first to know when the next training batch started. I followed up again in 2023 when I saw the job posting and the referral confirmed hiring was back. It's really disappointing to be given false hope like that. The whole hiring process took almost two weeks, then they paused and kept me in the pipeline for the next batch with false hopes. I was so optimistic they'd respond, but it was all for nothing. I'd advise not to believe what they say because they don't keep their word.

I applied online and then got an email for a phone interview with a recruiter in the US. It lasted about 30 minutes, and we talked about the job duties and my past work experience. After that, they sent me a job sample where I had to reply to a couple of emails as a test. I heard back in less than 24 hours and they said I passed and wanted to move forward. Then, I was invited for an in-person interview at a hotel with someone from Jiffy Shirts. This interview was about an hour long. They asked me some questions, we talked more about the job and the pay, and they told me when I'd hear about their decision.

The interview process was very similar to what others have described. I almost didn't believe the reviews at first, thinking a company that treats its employees so well couldn't possibly be so unprofessional towards interviewees. It involved one phone interview, a scenario-based assessment to be completed in under an hour, and two in-person interviews at their Whitby office. I received a confirmation email saying I was selected and would be getting an offer, but then received another email retracting the first one due to a reassessment of business needs. It felt like a last-minute decision. I wouldn't want to work for a company that operates this way.
