I had an in-person interview with the customer service manager. The manager was really nice and told me a lot about the company and the job. They even gave me a tour of the place. They have a lot of cool perks like snacks, sodas, beer, video games, and a ping pong table.

The interview process at JibJab was really nice, the people were friendly and accommodating. The interview questions were of moderate difficulty. They also threw in some brain teasers, like the rope burning problem. Overall, it was a positive experience, but they didn't say when I'd hear back after the interview. I sent a thank-you email afterward, and they replied two weeks later.
