First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at JibJab.
Customer Service Representative
I had an in-person interview with the customer service manager. The manager was really nice and told me a lot about the company and the job. They even gave me a tour of the place. They have a lot of cool perks like snacks, sodas, beer, video games, and a ping pong table.
- Can you describe your previous experiences in customer service and the situations you managed?
Social Media Specialist
The interview process was pretty easy. After I sent in my resume, they got back to me in a few days. I interviewed at their office in Marina Del Rey and received the job offer about three business days later.
- Can you describe your past experience?
- What are your key skills relevant to this role?
- In what ways can you contribute to this position?
Software Engineer Intern
The interview process at JibJab was really nice, the people were friendly and accommodating. The interview questions were of moderate difficulty. They also threw in some brain teasers, like the rope burning problem. Overall, it was a positive experience, but they didn't say when I'd hear back after the interview. I sent a thank-you email afterward, and they replied two weeks later.

Marketing
Applied online and then had a phone screening with the hiring manager. A week later, I had an in-person interview with the team. Everyone was pleasant, and I was interested in the role. However, I received a vague rejection email and no offer.
- Can you list the marketing channels you've worked with?
