Behavioral Case

We had a group interview where we waited to be interviewed. I was then taken to another room with three interviewers who asked me about my background and hypothetical case management scenarios. They noted my responses and called me back the following morning with a job offer. I was surprised to get hired, thinking I hadn't done well in the interview.

The interview process was professional. They asked questions mostly related to the job. It wasn't clear that the role was for a parent aide, which is one of three types of family consultants (parent aide, reunification, and preservation). They also made it seem like you'd work directly with children, but the role actually involves more work with parents.
