Had a quick virtual screening, followed by a 4-hour technical assessment. The tech assessment had three parts: React, React Native, and Node.js. Even though only one was really relevant to the job description, they had me do all three. They said they'd update me on Friday or Monday, but I heard back Tuesday and it was a rejection with no feedback.

So, the first part was like a video call, you know, a phone screen. Then, the second round was this virtual interview. It was alright, I did some digging beforehand. I looked up a bunch of stuff about the company and their work, and also searched for common cybersecurity questions.

The two people who interviewed me in person were great! There was a zoom interview and an in person. I did my in person on a Friday and was told I’d hear back by Monday, I did not. It wasn’t until I reached out 1 week later that they responded with no offer less than an hour from when I contacted them about the status. I’m pretty sure if I didn’t reach out they would’ve just ghosted me. Don’t even waste your time. They also have this weird thing about not telling you your wage, first interview the lady didn’t tell me. Second one they didn’t tell me either until I asked but wasn’t told. It’s a forbidden rule or whatever for them to mention the wage. But then again, stay away!!!

I talked with a recruiter and the Director of the Intern program, and it was a good process. They were nice and answered my questions. I liked talking to the interviewers, but it took a month and a half from when I first talked to the recruiter until I dropped out and emailed them that I got another offer. It took them several weeks to reply when trying to schedule interviews. I heard from other interns that the base pay was $18/hr, which is pretty low for this kind of job. I had 2 interviews and was supposed to have one more before they would give an offer. I've never had to do 3 interviews for an entry-level job before and thought it was a bit weird. So, after the slow responses and low pay, I decided to take a similar job somewhere else. I figured if they really wanted to hire me, they would have responded faster than two weeks every time I reached out.
