Behavioral Technical Coding

The interview process started with an initial HR screening to go over basic background information. After passing that, the next step was an online math assessment consisting of 30 moderately difficult questions. The subsequent stage was a technical phone interview, which unfortunately was the final round for me. The interviewer seemed uninterested in my overall approach or attitude towards the position. It felt like they were more focused on identifying gaps in my knowledge rather than assessing what I knew. They asked some questions about warehouse and inventory management, and for each answer I gave, they would challenge it and probe further. It's important to remember that professionals aren't walking textbooks; our theoretical knowledge has limits, and practical experience is key to improving how we handle various situations.

Coding Case Case

First, there was a recruiter screening, then a phone interview, followed by a game-based assessment. The final part was two case interviews on site. I had a really good experience until the last stage on-site. It seemed like neither of the interviewers were ready, and the senior manager looked like she really didn't want to be there interviewing me. She was really harsh and rude. I kind of hoped I wouldn't end up working with her if I got the job because of how she acted. Looking back, I realize they were probably stress-testing me the whole time, which I wasn't expecting since the company is supposed to have a great culture.

Other Case

I first talked to a recruiter for an initial screening. Then, I was sent a link to a game to test my cognitive skills. Lastly, I had a final interview with a member of the supply chain team.
