Got an email and then a phone interview, followed by an onsite. Onsite was nice, met 3+ team members and the hiring manager. Also met one recruiter not on the team. Everything was going well until the recruiter interview. It felt like an interrogation. She kept asking for more details on my answers rudely, like who I was talking about at my company. Not sure why that was important. She kept saying the person needs to be able to push back on people in the company. Never heard back, which was unprofessional.

My impression of the company, which claims transparency and a positive culture, was more disorganized and confused. The recruiter, who was offsite, was polite but seemed inexperienced and read from a script, unable to deviate. When I asked about the $18/hr pay, inquiring if it was hourly with overtime or a salaried equivalent based on $18 x 2080, I couldn't get an answer. Questions about the Reno HR team size were met with conflicting information compared to LinkedIn profiles. Benefit details were also vague. I received a rejection letter two days after the interview, which was timely. I attribute the confusion to the company's growing pains and hope it evolves as intended.

The whole interview process was fast, efficient, and I felt respected throughout. It started with a phone screen, then I had about 4-5 onsite interviews. They made an offer decision within a couple of days after that. The interviewers asked good questions and were really friendly, doing a great job of selling Jet. I liked my experience!
