First, the recruiter Shamus calls you for a 10-minute phone interview. If he likes you, he will then invite you to the office to meet, review your resume, and get a tour. If that goes well, you'll have a panel interview, and if you pass that, there's another panel interview. That's a total of 4 interviews before you get hired. The part that made me super mad was everything that happened post-interview. Shamus the recruiter, another employee, and I all had worked for the same company. Post-interview I didn't hear anything, just an impersonal rejection. When I asked for feedback, I got no answers. Shamus said he would call me back, and said to contact him Monday. When I called, I kept getting forwarded to VM. I go into work and my co-worker said this girl was texting him at our place of work asking about my employment status. He asked her why she was asking him this, and she said the recruiter Shamus told her to check up on some stuff for him. I try to reach out to her and Shamus but get no response.

The first step was a casual phone screen with HR, who made a great first impression. Next, there's a timed math test where you need at least 4 correct answers; incorrect answers count against you and it's unlikely you'll finish. After that, a phone interview with the director covers your experience and standard information, still very informal. If you pass, you'll fly to the fulfillment center (Jet covers all expenses) for a tour and to meet 4 people. The office is impressive, though the warehouse is as expected. Finally, a traditional phone interview with the VP covers typical questions.

The recruiters for Jet are fantastic. The interview process started with an over the phone interview and concluded with two in house interviews. I was quite impressed with the timeliness and the professionalism displayed by Jets recruitment team throughout the interview process. I never felt like I was kept out of the loop during the process. The part I enjoyed the most was the chance to tour the new facility in SLC and get a taste of the great culture that Jet has established. Everyone is incredibly friendly and I always left very impressed with every step of the interview process.
