Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Jet.
Planning Manager
The interviews were great, but the overall process was a mess. It was disorganized, chaotic, and took a really long time. They kept changing the role and team I was interviewing for across the different rounds.
- Tell me about situations where you had to think quickly on your feet.
Senior Manager
This was a really smooth and well-organized interview process. It started with a phone interview the first week, followed by a timed math test. After that, I traveled to Hoboken for in-person interviews that lasted about 1.5 hours on a Friday morning. They extended an offer the very next Monday.
- What metrics have you used for measuring customer experience?
Manager
The interview process at Jet was really well-organized and went smoothly. First, I had a phone screen, then a math test, and after that, I went for an on-site interview. During the on-site, I met with five different people. The last step was a final interview with the hiring manager over the phone. The recruiting team was super responsive, getting back to me quickly after each stage, usually within 24-48 hours, and letting me know the results and what was next.
- Tell me about yourself and your experience.
- How would you approach this specific case study related to the role?
