You have to have a few phone interviews with HR and category leaders to interview with Jet. If they're interested, you'll go to Hoboken headquarters for a full day. The day I interviewed, I met with about 7 people. The list of people I was supposed to meet changed throughout the day because some weren't available and others were added last minute. It felt disorganized and chaotic. One manager had no social or communication skills, which made it uncomfortable. I sent handwritten thank-you notes to everyone I met that night, but before they were even received, I got an email saying I wasn't being considered. I emailed back asking for feedback to improve my interviewing skills, but got no response. The company culture felt entitled.

I first had a phone interview screening with a recruiter. Then I interviewed with 4 team members, each for 30 minutes. It was good because each team member asked different questions so it never felt redundant, and the questions were thoughtful. All questions were about my past experience, what skills I would bring to Jet, and how I would integrate with the team and culture. After that, there was a phone interview follow up with the HR business partner to assess leadership skills.

Started with a recruiter reaching out on LinkedIn. Then had a phone screen interview, followed by an app-based assessment game. You can't really prep for the game since it tests cognitive and memory skills plus other intangibles. I was told I passed shortly after and invited to Hoboken for in-person interviews. Had 5 interviews back to back. Everyone was super nice and straightforward, nothing too crazy. HR let me know I got the offer a few days later, they were really responsive. Overall, it was a smooth process.
