The entire process took about two months to complete. It started with an initial phone screen from HR, followed by another one with a team member. I had some trouble getting a response from the HR folks. The onsite interview, however, was a really positive experience. The interviewers were super friendly and the questions they asked were quite challenging. They made me an offer about three weeks after the onsite.

Even though I saw bad reviews, I decided to go for it because I really like the company and its mission. The whole thing took about 6 weeks. I had two phone chats, a skills test, and then an in-person interview with four different people. It all went pretty smoothly and they got back to me fast. The HR team was easy to reach, the process was clear, and I felt pretty good about it.

Behavioral Technical Case

My nine years of experience include interviewing at over a hundred companies, from big public ones to small startups. Jet's interview process has been the best so far. Their recruiting team communicated accurately and promptly, with warm and humorous messages. The whole journey, from the first contact, booking phone and onsite interviews, travel arrangements, to getting updates, was a pleasure. I especially appreciated the quick updates before the final decision, which really helped ease my anxiety. All the interviewers I met at Jet were smart and approachable. While there were some tough questions, I felt a lot of trust. They weren't trying to show off how smart they are, but wanted smart people to join them in tackling hard problems. The company and its leaders are well-regarded in eCommerce and growing fast. I didn't accept the offer due to family/location reasons, but I'll definitely keep an eye on Jet.
