First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Jet It.
Pilot
It was a phone and web interview. They asked basic questions about flying and knowledge, and more about if I had the right personality to fit. The pilots interviewing me seemed like great guys, and one couldn't make the call because he was working and on a flight back home.
- What IFR visuals are necessary for a normal landing?
Executive
First, you'll have a phone screener to check if you meet the minimum requirements. If you pass that, you'll then meet with the search committee. Everyone on the committee is really nice and approachable.
- Could you share some details about your career history and your personal background?
- Describe your approach to leadership and how you communicate with others.
Aircraft Dispatcher
I went through two interviews, and they both seemed to go pretty well. However, after the interviews, I didn't hear back from anyone. I tried to follow up to see if there were any updates or if the job had been filled, but no one answered my calls or replied to my emails. It would be appreciated if candidates were informed whether they were selected or not, rather than being ghosted.
- Could you share your experience with us?
- What would be your approach to managing an IROPS situation?
- What do you know about our company?
Pilot
Interviewed by current and former pilots with great knowledge. Be sure to not flight hours and certifications needed. Typically, quick hiring process. Pilots are always needed and fly pretty decent hours.
- Could you elaborate on your professional background?
- Can you detail your flight hours and relevant certifications?
