The initial phone call went really well, but then I had an interview with the manager that was not a good experience. The manager didn't seem to have any interest right from the start and was a bit judgmental. It seemed like a really great company and I knew I was qualified for the job, but it felt like he had already made up his mind.

The whole process took about three months from start to finish until they sent the offer. The interviews themselves were pretty easy, they set up three different ones with different people. I think maybe they weren't really ready to hire when I first applied, so it took some effort on my part to follow up.
