Recruiter communication was really strange and slow, especially for scheduling. During the interview, they asked for all my documents, told me I'd be contacted for the next steps, and had me fill out a form with references. After that, I never heard back, positive or negative, despite emailing a few times and being ignored. Super unprofessional.

The hiring process took way longer than it needed to. It started with an HR screening, followed by two online interview rounds with really standard, old-school questions. Then came the on-site round, which felt more like an interrogation than a conversation. After that, they came back with follow-up questions that I'd already answered in earlier rounds. They then invited me for another, supposedly 'final' round, after which they just went silent. I followed up, and a week later, they said the job scope and requirements had changed, but it just seemed like a weak excuse. Overall, a super disappointing and unprofessional experience, a total waste of time.
