It was a really thorough interview. They wanted to get to know me and my work ethic. We talked about the culture at Jersey Mike's and what being 'sub above' entails. I also had to do a sprinkle test to see how coachable I am when put on the spot.

The hiring process and interview was quite pleasant. What I didn't know about the upper management beforehand, was how ruthless they were. The interviewer acted very happy but found out later, it was just a show. Discussed the hours and I was told you never get over 8 hours daily.
