The process was easy. The dean and staff were very friendly. The dean talked about the school's needs and asked about my availability. I had to do a test teach in front of 8-10 students. I got a job offer 2 days later.

I had a phone interview with the Dean first. Then, I had an in-person interview with both the Dean and the Campus Director. Lastly, I did a test teach session with a group of faculty and administrators. The phone interview involved going over my CV and discussing my previous teaching experience. The test teach was about diabetes education and demonstrating how to prepare and administer Insulin SC.

I applied and they called me back within a day. They were pushy and I was able to be flexible for them to schedule a phone interview and then a Skype interview just 2 hours later. After that, they set up a meeting with the CEO for the next day. The CEO was unprofessional at times with his comments and questions to his associates. In total, I had 3 interviews in 2 days. They assured me I'd hear back soon, win or lose. It's been 2 weeks since the interviews, and despite following up, I haven't heard anything, nor do I expect to. Their process was highly unprofessional.
