The interview was done over Zoom with another case manager. They were quite accommodating with scheduling, and I felt at ease throughout. A question about my language skills came up, and I mentioned I speak Spanish, which I believe boosted my chances since many clients are Spanish-speaking.

The interview was super quick and to the point. They only asked me about 3 to 5 questions, and they were pretty easy. One was a situational question about what I would do in a specific scenario. Honestly, it felt a little too short, and I got hired right after. It makes me wonder what else is coming or if they were just really needing people, but I'm thankful for the job.

It was a pretty relaxed interview process, mostly situational questions. I was able to get the job offer without even needing to take the NCLEX, which was a definite plus. The pay is decent, though I suspect other places might offer more.
