It was a 3-round process. The first interview was with the Director of Talent Acquisition. Then I met with the Global Talent Acquisition leader for the second round. The final round was with the Chief People Officer.

So the interview is split into two parts, initial and final. You'll have a technical interview and a behavioural/situational one. First, there's a recruiter call, and then the final interview is with the technical director.

Behavioral Technical

It was a really long process, it took a whole month and had multiple rounds. The recruiter or HR was super unresponsive the whole time. The interview itself was nice though, they made me feel like I would get hired. But in the end, I didn't even get a personal email saying I didn't get it, just a super generic automated message that they were moving on with other people. Honestly, I feel like I wasted my time going through all those rounds without any feedback. Very unprofessional.

I had 5 interviews that lasted an hour each, spread out over 2.5 months. Everyone I spoke with was nice and professional. They invited me to a final 2-hour interview, but then told me they needed to put things on hold. Weeks went by with no updates, so I reached out. A week after that, they replied saying the role was canceled. I get that things happen, but candidates shouldn't have to chase you for information. The whole process also felt way too long and complicated for a non-management position. The company seems good and stable, but maybe they struggle with making decisions and managing their time effectively.
