Business Analyst Intern
It was a really simple process, they just wanted to learn more about you and see if you'd be a good cultural fit. You really need to be solid with Excel and genuinely interested in it.
- Can you tell me about your Excel skills?
- How do you feel about Excel?
Intern
Recorded online video interview. Standard fit questions, no technicals. You can also write out answers and submit them. 3 questions, about 2-3 mins each. Pretty standard.
- Can you share an instance where you excelled within a team, and what does collaboration signify to you?
Intern
It was a digital interview. There was a first round and then a final round. The people were very nice. They focused on stock pitches and market analysis. They tested my TMAY and basic industry knowledge. They asked me why I was interested in this group. Overall it was a good experience and a great company. I would recommend it to anyone.
- Could you pitch a stock that you like?
- Why this group?
- Do you have basic industry knowledge?
Associate
It was a really nice interview process. Everyone was approachable and friendly. They didn't ask any tricky questions. They were respectful of my time and kept me informed. I spoke with 6 people in total. The first part had 4 interviews, each lasting 30 minutes, followed by a final round with 2 interviews, also 30 minutes each. This setup gave me a good idea of the team I would be joining.
- Can you tell me why you are interested in Jennsion?
- Could you describe your current duties?
- What are your strategies for managing a high volume of work?
