Site Coordinator
Had a quick phone chat first, then went in for an in-person interview which was also brief. Didn't take the job because the pay wasn't great for everything they're asking for. Might be a better fit for someone else.

Coach
The interview process was very slow. It took more than a month for the interview to be scheduled. The interview was very professional with friendly people. All candidates are supposed to be given the same questions. There is no way to know this. Overall good interview.
- Can you share an experience of dealing with disappointment and how you managed it?
Teacher
I interviewed with a panel of staff members, including principals, a curriculum instructor, a sped teacher, and a classroom teacher. The interview lasted about 30 minutes to an hour. They were really welcoming, supportive, and helpful, wanting me to do well and feel comfortable. All questions were situational, so I was advised to have examples from past experiences ready. They called back the same day to offer me the job.
- Can you describe your teaching style?
- Can you share examples from your past experiences that address situational questions?
