The interview process was fine. Started with an initial screen, then an interview with the hiring manager, followed by an interview with the team. They also asked me to create a slide page for self-introduction. Unfortunately, I was ghosted after 3 rounds and never heard back even after reaching out.

The hiring process was quite lengthy, involving a phone call, meetings with the Head of FP&A France, the Plant Manager, and the FP&A Director UK & France. There was also an HR interview and a site visit. Getting feedback on my application took a lot of persistent follow-ups, which was pretty frustrating and stressful waiting for it.

I went through two interviews for this position, each with a different person. Interestingly, in the second interview, I was asked many of the same questions from the first one. It seemed like my resume or the first chat hadn't really been discussed internally. I tried to get some feedback afterward, but never heard back, which felt pretty unprofessional and honestly made me not want to apply again.
