It was a behavioral interview, with some basic questions about the company, the role, and yourself. Pretty straightforward. The next stage is a more technical one depending on the role you applied to, but in general, it's not the most intense application process.

The interview process started with HR, then the direct manager (n+1), and the manager's manager (n+2). The final stage was with the marketing director (n+3). The conversations were very relaxed and enjoyable, with the interviewers being attentive and genuinely seeking an exchange. The atmosphere was supportive and reassuring. There were interesting questions that encouraged a more informal discussion.

The interview started with a 15-minute phone call and then I was offered to do an assessment centre. The interviewer was friendly. They sent potential questions by email beforehand. I was asked 4 competency-based questions and 2-3 questions about JDE. They were good at keeping me updated throughout the process.
