Had an online interview with a recruitment company. It was a good, detailed interview and the recruiter was polite. Unfortunately, the salary range didn't match my expectations, but the job description and conditions were clear.

It was a behavioral interview, with some basic questions about the company, the role, and yourself. Pretty straightforward. The next stage is a more technical one depending on the role you applied to, but in general, it's not the most intense application process.

The interview process started with HR, then the direct manager (n+1), and the manager's manager (n+2). The final stage was with the marketing director (n+3). The conversations were very relaxed and enjoyable, with the interviewers being attentive and genuinely seeking an exchange. The atmosphere was supportive and reassuring.
