This was a unique and great interview process! It was a long process, but everyone was welcoming and supportive. HR asked prerecorded questions, but it was generally easy and allowed for multiple recordings.

The phone screening was short, simple, and not stressful at all. Prepare for it like any other interview, and always be ready to talk about yourself. That's the toughest part. Still waiting to hear back, but they've been very transparent so far.

It was a pretty typical interview process with some good people. After the interview, I had to go through a background check that included a very invasive line-by-line review of my credit report and driving record. It ended up not working out after an initial offer was made, and I got the letter rebinding the offer on New Year's Eve.
