First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at JCMS.
Lecturer
The interview process was very smooth and they respect candidates' time. It kicked off right on schedule. Mostly technical questions were asked, along with a question about current salary expectations. They also took some time to talk about their company.
- What is your current salary expectation?
Scheduler
The business development manager will reach out first to chat about your personality, interests, background, and goals. If they like you, they'll ask for references, which usually takes about a week. After that, the technical manager will give you a call. If that call isn't enough, they'll schedule another one for a more in-depth interview. If you're not local, they'll set up a Skype interview, otherwise, you'll come in for a physical interview. You'll hear back within a week about whether they're offering you the job. They'll also help with relocation if needed.
- What makes you want to join our company?
Intern
First, I got an email about the Intern role. Then, they set up an interview. There was only one interview round, and it went well. They asked questions based on my resume.
