The communication throughout the entire process went really well. I heard back from them very quickly. I didn’t get the role. I do appreciate the communication from the hiring team.

I applied online and then the program supervisor contacted me about a month later. The first interview was a casual one-on-one with my direct supervisor. The second interview involved meeting the whole team, with different employees in various roles interviewing me in pairs. Each pair asked me similar questions, though some seemed less prepared or invested in the interview process than others. I never heard back from JCFS even after I reached out to thank them for the interview opportunity.

I went through the interview process for a few different jobs here and honestly, the whole experience was terrible. They were super unprofessional and never got back to me. It was really disappointing and just not a good look for the industry.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • The salaries offered are really low, but they're very selective about who they hire.
  • This is a very 'political' agency where knowing the right people matters a lot.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • We worked through a case question as a group.
