Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at JCDecaux.
Intern
First I had a phone call with HR, then an interview via Teams with HR and the person who would be my manager. Final call again with HR to communicate the decision made.
- Previous work experience?
- Educational background?
- Hobbies?
Intern
There were two interviews: first with an HR person at the Plaisir site, then with a manager at the headquarters. Both were really approachable and nice. These were standard interviews, no tricky questions if you were well-prepared. Each interview started with a company presentation, and the manager interview specifically went into detail about the team's work. They really emphasized the international opportunities available. There was a short English test during both the HR and manager interviews, about 5-10 minutes. The HR test was about what I knew of the company, and the manager test was about a hobby of mine.
- What are your strengths?
- What are areas you would like to improve?
Intern
The interview had classical questions and a really good atmosphere. The offer was for a role involving business development, customer relations, finding new clients, and market analysis.
- What motivated you to apply for this specific role?
