There was a 3 hour interview in person at the final round, no one in the building seemed to know what was going on and when I asked for HR by name and title, again, none of the staff knew who that was

I dropped off my resume and cover letter in person. That same day, I interviewed with the Director and Assistant Director of the JCC. They gave me a quick tour of the school and the classroom I would be working in, I played with the kids, met the co-teacher, and they hired me right then and there. There was a lot of paperwork to start working there. Background checks, fingerprints, and possibly a drug test were all required for working with young children. It was a really good interview and hiring process overall.

It was a 30 minute phone interview where they asked about my background, skills, and interests. I also met with the camp director, who was actually one of the better sides of management. It was a standard question. The process was easy and relatively quick.
