The interview process involved 3 steps. First, I met with the hiring manager, then some colleagues, and finally a selection committee. The whole process was clearly explained and easy to follow. HR kept me informed via phone and email. The interview included a mix of technical and personality questions, but they weren't too challenging.

So after my internship, I had this interview. It started with a group interview with about 8 other interns. We got a word problem that involved figuring out the right order for dates and times. Then, I had a one-on-one chat where we talked about my internship experience, what my goals are for a future role, and my long-term career aspirations.

The interview process had three stages. It started with an initial screening by HR or a recruiter. This was followed by a meeting with the hiring manager. The final stage was a plant visit that included a group interview with plant management. The interview ran a bit over the scheduled time. I was informed they had one more candidate to interview and that I would hear back in two days. The following week, HR contacted me, stating a decision was delayed and still being considered, with the choice down to two people. I'd be notified regardless of the outcome. The week after that, I called, but received no response via phone, email, or message. This was quite frustrating, especially after I used my own resources for the plant visit, for a mid/high-level role in the company. Given my technical doctoral degree directly related to the field and my experience in similar-sized roles, plus having been a professor in this discipline right before interviewing, this lack of communication is disappointing. I've created an account to share my observations: this Moberly, MO plant seems to have significant issues with regulatory compliance, leadership, and professionalism, as evidenced by this interview process. I strongly advise caution when interviewing with this plant, as they appear to be quite dismissive of candidates' time and expenses.

An external agency got in touch to set up an interview with the local COO. The COO mentioned they needed someone to build out the infrastructure and align e-commerce strategy with local distributors who are already selling on MENA marketplaces. Then I met with the CHO and CFO. After that, I had a meeting with the executive team (C-suite), but didn't get through. This last part was mostly behavioral questions and about values.

  • How would you prioritize building the necessary infrastructure for e-commerce?
