Very good, transparent, humanized and with feedback at the end of the interview. It was very easy and online. I felt the recruiter understood the subject, but in the end the position was for a designer.

Behavioral Presentation

Before I interviewed with JBL Group, I wish someone had told me about their work schedule. Like many consulting firms hiring entry level employees, they expected a 6-day work week (Monday through Saturday, 9:30 am - 6:30 pm). I wouldn't have been interested if I'd known this, as I already had a job with typical Monday-Friday hours. Beyond the schedule, it was a standard entry-level marketing associate role with the potential to advance to assistant manager within 8 months. On the plus side, the position offered a good base salary plus commission for acquiring donors, but you need to be ready to work hard six days a week for that income.

Behavioral

The interview process was chaotic, with three companies sharing one office space. I had to wait over an hour past my scheduled time. The actual interview was very brief, about 5 minutes, and seemed to be just for identification purposes. Although I applied for a Marketing Assistant role, the interview focused on a different position. Additionally, the office staff, referred to as 'Secretaries,' were dressed very unprofessionally.
