QA Engineer
They send you a series of questions to answer by email, then you do a mini-interview in English answering questions you read, that interview is recorded, it's not with a person. then an interview with HR and one with the client.
- What are your salary expectations?
- What is your previous experience with certain frameworks?
- Tell me about your experience with QA metrics.
Release Manager
First, there were two English tests, one with Q&A and another where I had to quickly respond after seeing a question for a few seconds. Then, I had an hour-long technical and role interview with the engineering director, all in English.
- Can you walk me through what a full release process entails, from initial planning all the way to production, and have you encountered situations where a release build needed to be reverted because of a problem not caught in the earlier environments?
- Detail a time you had to revert a release build due to an issue that wasn't detected in lower environments.
Lead Generation Specialist
The interview experience was positive. The new sales director is very approachable, and the entire team is great. They work collaboratively to solve problems as they arise. The key is to be authentic, as the company culture is supportive and accommodating.
- Can you tell me about your previous roles?
Sales Intern
I applied online and they chose to move forward with me for the business developer intern position. After a quick phone interview, I was invited for an in-person behavioral interview. Unfortunately, they later informed me that my class schedule didn't meet their minimum 16-hour per week requirement for interns.
- What makes you stand out from your peers?
