It was a comfortable back and forth conversation to see if we'd be a good fit to work together. They also went over detailed info on how to get started and the training program they provide, which is really useful in our line of work. They offer a lot of extra training and guidance even after the initial program to help keep you on track.

The interview process wasn't too challenging. A lot of my questions got answered over the phone even before I was licensed. During the actual interview, it was pretty clear they were using sales techniques on me. You probably shouldn't say you want to work part-time as an agent.

It was a one on one interview with the managers. Then we went on caravan to see how the process happens when viewing homes. It's all about helping others as an independent contractor working for a great broker.
