Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Jazz.
Senior Legal Counsel
The process was quite straightforward. It kicked off with a video interview where you respond to prompts from an automated system within a set time limit. If successful, an HR representative and the team lead will reach out for a subsequent interview, which could be conducted online or in person.
- How do you handle task prioritization?
Legal Counsel
It was easy and comfortable. First, there's an online video interview that you record. If you pass that, the leadership team will have a virtual chat with you. If they pick you, they'll send you an email; otherwise, no rejection emails are sent. If you don't hear back, just assume it's a no.
- Are you able to relocate easily?
Senior Legal Counsel
They made me a verbal offer, and after I accepted and asked for the formal offer letter, they were super unresponsive. They kept giving me fake timelines they never stuck to. Then, after 1.5 weeks, they came back saying they won't be sending a formal offer. It was incredibly unprofessional and a really disappointing experience, totally a waste of time and energy!
