It was a simple and efficient process. I interviewed with 3 different people, and all the interviews were pretty straightforward. It was a nice back and forth conversation, and they seemed genuinely interested in what I had to say. The whole thing took just under 2 hours.

It took a while to get through the process, about 3 months of emails and resume resubmissions. Then there was a panel interview with 3 people who seemed knowledgeable as they had worked as ushers before. It felt like they promote from within. The meeting was less than an hour, and I was there with other applicants. They focused on our customer service skills and how we've handled tough situations. They got back to us quickly, within days.

I sent my resume in via their website. About a month later, I got an email saying they wanted to add more ushers and thought I was qualified. I emailed back to pick three shifts I could do consistently. Then, they emailed again asking me to come for an interview about a week later. It was a group interview, with around 14 people for 10 spots (I think). A panel of three staff and one intern, all super nice and knew their stuff, were interviewing us. We all introduced ourselves, saying our name, where we're from, and one interesting fact. Then, the panel asked questions to specific people, like "X, why do you want to work here?". They also asked things like, "Tell us about a time your team succeeded or failed." "What do you expect from coworkers and bosses?" "Describe dealing with a tough customer." "How would you handle a disagreement with your manager?" They sometimes used answers to talk more about the job, and we could ask questions too. At the end, we all said three qualities our friends would use to describe us. They said we'd get an email with a yes or no about the job.

Got an email from HR to set up a call. Had a phone interview with 3 people on the call. The interviewer was 15 minutes late and didn't say how long the interview would be in the first email. They also had a really condescending tone and way of talking. If you can look past that, it should be okay since it's just an HR person and not someone you'll work with closely every day.
