It was a fast interview process. There were phone and in-person parts. They seem to have high standards and are looking for people who achieve a lot. I liked that no middle managers were involved, and I met directly with the CEO. The CEO had a clear vision for what needed to be delivered.

I found this job on Indeed and applied. I had an initial chat with a senior project manager and then a follow-up with the company owner a few days later. Both chats were really professional and felt good. I liked the questions they asked and their answers to mine. Seems like a cool company with interesting projects.

The hiring process took a few weeks and involved three interviews. Initially, I spoke with a Senior Project Manager, then had a session with the team, and finally met with the owner. The first interview focused on general knowledge, the second on assessing team fit, and the last one delved into more specific knowledge and salary discussions. Overall, it was a straightforward experience, though it stretched out longer than expected. I believe if you're knowledgeable and present yourself well, you'll succeed.

Behavioral

This was the worst job interview experience I've ever had. I don't usually write bad reviews, but I want to warn others about interviewing with Jasmine. She was so judgmental, and I thought the negative reviews were fake, but I was wrong. She sounds awful to work for. I'm glad I found out before they hired me. I spent about $40 on parking, and they still lost my application and the sample work I submitted.
