Had a quick chat with HR to start, then a Zoom meeting with the COO. The whole thing was pretty straightforward and didn't take up much time. I'd tell other people to check this company out.

The recruitment process involved a humanized HR approach with prompt feedback, even if negative. The recruiter was friendly and even suggested another role that better suited my profile. Interestingly, because of this interview, I ended up getting my current job at a different company.

It was a quick online process. I learned about the on-boarding experience during office hours. We discussed culture and how departments are divided. HR guidelines were in a signed handbook. Contract obligations were reviewed in online meetings. I met my supervisor and mentor in the system. I set up my ID to enter the premises.

The interview was pretty short and to the point. They mainly asked about my background and previous job experience, and why I was interested in working for a freight forwarder. It was a one-on-one interview, which made it easy for me to talk about myself and my experiences. The interview wasn't too hard, but it did go into detail about the actual job and what to expect day-to-day.
