The interview process included two technical interviews and then an HR interview. It was a really nice interaction with the interviewer at the end, a very good and smooth interview process overall. The interviewer was super friendly and helped me out a lot, which led to me being selected for the next round.

Got a call from a recruiter to schedule an interview. When I got there, they made me fill out a questionnaire about myself. Then I met the CFO in his office. We talked about my past jobs. The CFO kept cutting me off. He asked me to define a financial analyst. Then he told me to look at some South African Financial Statements. I thought this place was a joke and I wasn't going to last 15 minutes here. I gave a weak answer and the interview ended. I hoped I wouldn't get an offer. Two months later, a recruiter called about the same job, saying the last person hired was fired after 2 months. I told him I wasn't interested.

I met with the controller. The office was set up like it was in the 50s with about 100 desks and no cubicles. He asked me what year I graduated college. I told him that was an illegal question. He also mentioned that the work hours were 7-5 or 8-6 with no weekends. I wasn't interested after that.
