First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Jarrett Logistics Systems.
Logistics Coordinator
I applied for an assistant-level logistics role back in early October 2017. The whole process had three in-person interviews, and it took a whole month plus a few follow-up emails to finally reject me. They estimated a salary of $30,000. I'm actually super glad it didn't work out because, you know, bills.
- Can you tell me about your moral compass?
- Did you participate in any sports?
- What was your previous salary?
Operations Intern
I received consistent email updates from HR throughout the whole process, which was great because I didn't have to wait forever for a response! The questions they asked were designed to get me to open up and share about myself, giving the interviewers a sense of my personality. Honestly, there's no reason to be anxious about it!
- Could you introduce yourself, including where you're from and where you're studying?
Supply Chain Intern
The process was fine. They had two interviews, the first one was on Zoom with an HR manager. The second one was in person with a manager. He kept it very conversational and light. Not a lot of pressure.
- Who is your favorite professor?
Operations
It was a great atmosphere & felt like I was having a conversation versus competing for a position. I enjoyed how different groups came in to interview me and we determined if it was a good fit for me.
- Can you share your previous job experience and the skills you utilized in those roles?
