The whole interview process took about a month. There were around 4 rounds of interviews. At one point, I was moved ahead to the next interview instead of waiting, and then I got to the final one. Later, I received an email saying they weren't proceeding with my application. It's strange because the job posting is still up on LinkedIn and their website three months later, even though they said they were hiring urgently. The interview process wasn't difficult. It included two assignments, both asking 'what would you do in this situation?' type questions.

They’ve got a really straightforward interview process. They don’t waste your time with a bunch of unnecessary steps. It felt like everybody I talked to was genuinely interested in finding the right fit for the job.

I got an email to set up a zoom for "Introductory to January." It was weird because I didn't talk to HR first. The interview was with someone already doing the job, and it was super awkward. Lots of silence on her side, and the chat didn't really go anywhere. She asked me a few things then explained the role. I thought the zoom for a first chat was kinda pointless. I also would have rather talked to HR first instead of a team member.
