I applied online. First, there was a phone interview with HR, which took about 1-2 weeks to get scheduled. Then, the following week, I had a phone interview with the Hiring Manager where they asked questions based on my CV. After that, the next week, I had an onsite interview in Springfield, PA. This involved a 45-minute presentation followed by 15 minutes of questions, and then a 30-minute individual meeting with each group member. They said the reason for not selecting me was that they found another candidate who was a better overall fit.
