Behavioral Presentation

First, there's a video to record with questions and answers. There are 3 questions, and each one has 3 recording attempts. If you try to record again, your previous video is deleted. The questions are typical interview questions. If you pass this stage, there's an interview with the direct manager, usually with more than one person in the room observing and asking questions. In my case, besides a conversation, there was also a presentation of a sales analysis of my potential territory with fictitious data. Finally, an interview with the area Director. This interview is faster and mostly to confirm if your cultural profile fits the company.

Behavioral Technical

I was first contacted by a recruiter who asked a few questions about my experience and personality. After she seemed highly interested, she told me the regional manager would call to schedule an interview. The next day, the regional manager called to schedule a face-to-face interview with him and another sales rep I'd work with. After meeting them, they were excited about hiring me. After about four weeks of emails and him confirming I was the perfect candidate and would be hired pending the sales director's approval, I logged into SHINE and saw I was no longer in consideration. I called the regional manager, who confirmed this and said it was no longer his decision. I appreciate the relationship I've built with him and the other sales rep and plan to stay in touch. This company seems to care about the people they connect with, even if things don't work out.
