First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Janssen.
Analyst
First, I was contacted by email. Then, the first in-person meeting was with an HR employee at the Janssen site in Beerse. The second interview was online via Teams with two employees from the same department.
- Why should we hire you?
Analyst
It was a pretty standard process. Started with a screening, then I had my first interview with the hiring manager, and then a final panel interview. The whole thing took about 2 months, and I had to nudge recruiting a bit to keep things moving. Overall, it was pretty straightforward.
- Can you describe how you handle difficult situations?
Analyst
Had a prescreening phone call. Then was told I would get a call from the hiring manager. I never got the call, so I emailed and called to follow-up. A few days later, I got an email saying they weren't hiring for the position anymore.
- Could you tell me about yourself?
- What motivated you to apply for this role?
