First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Janover.
Marketing
It was a bit of an unusual process. First, I spoke with an HR person. Then, I met with a consultant they had hired to help find candidates and also a partner from the firm. After that, I had a panel interview which I thought went well because of my extensive experience. However, I got an email from HR saying I didn't make it to the next level. They didn't give any explanation, and even when I reached out for feedback, I didn't get any. It's strange because I still see them posting for the same job on LinkedIn months later. I'm wondering if they're just not willing to meet salary expectations for this role, but that's just a guess.
- Can you tell me about your experience implementing a marketing technology stack?
Auditor
I applied through the career fair at school, and the interview was on-campus. It was a fast 30-minute interview with two people interviewing me. They weren't from HR, so they didn't ask any behavioral questions. Overall, it was very nice.
- Can you elaborate on your experience?
Intern
I applied through my school and then they had me come in for an interview at their office. It was about a half hour long and they mainly asked behavioral questions like, 'Tell me about your greatest weakness'.
- What research have you done about our company?
Staff Accountant
I applied online and then interviewed online. It was a pretty short interview and not too hard. They said they would let me know their decision but haven't yet. The interviewers were friendly and nice.
- Can you tell me a bit about yourself?
