Started with a really good recruiter call, they were great at keeping me in the loop and giving feedback. Then I chatted with the hiring manager, which was a smooth and positive conversation, more like a discussion than an interview. We had a follow-up call to talk more and prep for the panel. The panel itself included the Hiring Manager and another Senior leader. The final step was a call with the new CRO. Overall, it was a great experience, just a bummer I didn't get an offer.

I had a 45 min chat with the recruiter and then an in person interview was set up with the hiring manager. Less than 24 hours later, I was told I was rejected with no real reasons. The recruiter said it might be my lack of commercial experience, but they saw my background from my resume and initial call, so setting up an in person interview an hour away was a complete waste of my time. They knew from the start they wouldn't hire me based on my experience.
