HR did a quick interview and didn’t give me the chance to fully express myself, asking aggressive screening questions. Then ended up giving me the reason was that she thinks that I want to develop more than the role that is hiring and they only want someone who wants to stay at that one position forever?

The people I spoke with were professional and friendly, but I ended up having 7 interviews with different teams and managers in the UK and US. This included calls, video interviews, and a 90-minute skills assessment. There were also multiple 'final' interviews that kept extending. After the last one, I was told I was the only candidate left, but they felt I didn't have enough experience. It was really frustrating to spend so many hours on this and have to repeat myself to different people. It seems like there wasn't a clear idea of where the job fit in the company or if they really wanted it. I would have preferred an earlier rejection. Since I put a lot of time into this, I was hoping for detailed feedback, but I suspect internal politics might have influenced the role's requirements. It felt like a waste of time.

Recruiter reached out, then I got sent some excel tests. After that was a phone screen, and then a face-to-face interview. The face-to-face part had tests and multiple interviews with different people. They said to plan on spending the whole day there if the tests went well.
